Our Referral Program

Full Give $100, Get $100 Referral Program Terms: Credits are based on pricing tiers; higher priced services receive higher credits while lower priced services receive lower credits. Eligibility: The Program is available to active Panoramic Window Cleaning clients only. An “active client” is defined as a customer who has completed and paid for at least one service within the previous twelve (12) months. Referred customers must be new to Panoramic Window Cleaning. A “new customer” is defined as both an individual and a service address that has not previously received services from Panoramic Window Cleaning. Addresses previously serviced are not eligible unless occupied by a new homeowner or resident who has not previously used Panoramic Window Cleaning services. To qualify for referral credit eligibility, the referred customer must identify their referrer prior to the quoting process. Referral eligibility must be established before a quote is issued. Referral credits cannot be applied retroactively and are void if referral information is provided after a quote has been sent or pricing has been confirmed. Panoramic Window Cleaning reserves the right to determine eligibility at the time of quote. Credit Issuance & Timing: Referral credits are issued only after the referred customer completes their initial service and payment is received in full. Credits are not issued for scheduled, pending, canceled, partially completed, or unpaid services. The referred customer’s credit is applied to their initial qualifying service. The referring client’s credit is applied to a future qualifying service. Credits apply to standard service pricing only, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash, refunds, or account balances. Referral credits must be redeemed within six (6) months of issuance. Unused credits expire automatically. Credit Limitations: Only one (1) referral credit may be applied per service visit. Referral credits may not be stacked, combined, or used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, loyalty incentives, or credits. Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual client who earned the credit. Credits may not be transferred to spouses, household members, tenants, family members, or any third party. Recurring Service Plans: Clients enrolled in recurring service plans, maintenance programs, or subscription services receive preferred pricing and benefits that may exceed the value of referral credits. Referral credits may not be applied to services that are already discounted under a recurring service plan and may not be stacked with plan pricing. Credits earned by recurring plan clients may be applied to eligible non-discounted services outside of the recurring plan, subject to these Terms. Credit Amount & Qualifying Service Value: Referral credit amounts are determined by the value of the completed qualifying service and are issued according to the following schedule: Services under $250 are not eligible. $250–$299: $25 credit. $300–$399: $50 credit. $400–$499: $75 credit. $500 and above: $100 credit. The referred customer’s credit amount is determined by the value of their first service. The referring client’s credit amount is determined by the value of their own subsequent qualifying service at the time the credit is redeemed. Service value is based on the priced amount for standard services, excluding taxes, add-ons, upgrades, specialty services, travel surcharges, or non-standard pricing adjustments. Program Integrity: Panoramic Window Cleaning reserves the right to verify eligibility, refuse issuance of credits, void credits, or disqualify participants in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violation of these Terms. Panoramic Window Cleaning reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time without prior notice.
